Hi, we’re True Gum. We produce plastic-free and vegan chewing gum. We are revolutionizing the chewing gum industry, offering the world’s most sustainable chewing gum, fighting plastic waste and climate change. We’re scaling internationally, with an increasing focus on the German speaking markets. The list of German marketing related tasks keeps growing, so now we’re looking to strengthen our team with a skilled and ambitious colleague. The position

The role is a paid part-time position (15-20 hours per week) and you will play an important part in our growing marketing team, reporting directly to our CMO. You will be key responsible for several important marketing/communication tasks toward the German speaking markets working with trade marketing and account management, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, smaller campaigns and more. This is a great opportunity to work across several exciting areas and really build tangible skills within marketing and communications. The primary tasks at hand for this position are:            

• Influencer marketing: map, connect with and onboard influencers within strategic guidelines

• Drive ongoing relationships with marketing & communication departments for key B2B partners

• Scope and plan branded collabs with external brands/NGO’s

• Translation and customer service support for local language  

• Support for smaller/larger multi-channel marketing campaigns towards German speaking markets

• Ad hoc marketing assignments

Your profile        

You’re perhaps a student with a passion for marketing and communication. Or perhaps you’re in between jobs or just on the hunt for your next adventure. The ideal candidate:

• Studies or holds a relevant degree with marketing and/or communications

• Speaks German fluently (preferably mother tongue)

• Has great communication skills, with aspirations of working within communications and marketing

• Has a natural flair for working within social media and enjoys connecting with new people

• Works proactively, structured and with attention to detail

• Is hopefully passionate about sustainability and climate change
