We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can help our CEO to make Airofit the next Unicorn. As an Executive Assistant, you will be acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Furthermore, you will be in charge of information flow and provide administrative assistance to the CEO. You will ensure that the Airofit CEO can use the time efficiently and focus on overall priorities and business processes.
Your responsibilities:
Reading, analyzing and sorting incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person.
Managing the CEO's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentations for boards of directors, committees, and executives.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
Coordinating travel arrangements and trip itineraries.
Your profile and qualifications:
2-3 years of work experience as an administrative assistant.
Mastering the MS Office package and curious about new systems and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
Positive, super structured, very detail and result oriented with an ambition to succeed.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to act as a gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to CEO as needed.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, work effectively and execute efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Proactive approaches to problem-solving and great project management skills.
