Copenhagen Fintech is a non-profit association charged with the mission to make Denmark and the Nordics into one of the leading fintech hubs in the global financial services sector. We have from the start evolved around start-ups, with an ambition to create a safe space for creative and open innovation in the financial services sector. We deliberately put start-ups at the center of our activities, with everything revolving around supporting incubation and scaling.

Copenhagen Fintech has grown considerably since its foundation in 2016 and now assumes a recognized position as the focal point for tech-led and start-up driven innovation within the financial services sector in Denmark. We are now looking for new team members to join our mission of supporting the digital transformation of and innovation activities in the industry.

We are a small International team of 10 people with different backgrounds but all with a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and innovators. SoMe and CRM Manager (part-time)

Profile?

We are looking for a profile with an analytical, creative and self-going mindset. You have at least 2-3 years’ experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce as well as communications. An understanding of the financial industry and with a keen interest of the startup ecosystem is preferred. You have to be proactive and driven and enjoy working in a small team with a variety of tasks and projects. You are curious and knowledgeable of social media and a great communicator especially in English.

The job?

Our SoMe and CRM Manager is a natural communicator who enjoys finding new ways to identify and engage with our target groups. You will work together with our head of Relations and Digital Channels and our SoMe student assistant to develop and follow up on the communication strategy with a focus on social media. You will also work with the whole team developing our CRM strategy with a focus on Salesforce and ensure we follow best practice at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring we reach who we need to in a large number of projects and initiatives, as well as being the team’s expert on CRM requests.

You are not afraid of rolling op your sleeves and work with a wide range of tasks. 

What we will be looking for?

• Your knowledge working with CRM and especially a proven track record of working with Salesforce, preferably 2-3 years of experience

• Your ability to communicate in an engaging way, creating engaging SoMe posts and adapting it to channels and audience

• A focus on details and the ability to understand the complexity of the financial ecosystem we operate within with many different stakeholders

• Your skills at analyzing data, follow up on KPIs and present it in an efficient and clear manner 

• Your ability to drive and develop both CRM and communication tasks and projects while coming up with creative ideas

• Your interest in working in a small, engaged team with a wide variety of tasks and a “can do” attitude

• Project management skills and ability to have the bandwidth to handle multiple activities will absolutely be a plus.
