We're a growing scale up, on a mission to address global air pollution. This broad and varied role offers a great opportunity for someone who thrives on making an office work like clockwork. You will be the 'go to' person when it comes to office support, administration & co-ordination. You will have a reputation for your organisation, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication and ability to support the teams. You have a 'can do' attitude and remain positive and resilient under pressure.

You'll report to the Head of HR and Office Manager both based in the UK.

It's a broad and varied role and offers an opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the business through your ability to efficiently manage and support office/team requirements.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Day to day admin support e.g. management calendars/scheduling meetings, translations

  • Order office supplies, point of contact for facilities and suppliers

  • Produce reports and various communications in line with company standards

  • Prioritise the management of incoming communications (written and oral) taking action to ensure responses are issued and all deadlines met

  • Travel co-ordination

  • Liaise with Finance, raise PO'S, supplier invoices, bills and recurring payments

  • Liaise with Finance team to support tax and finance reporting to Danish authorities

Requirements

  • Extensive secretarial or admin experience, book keeping or accounting experience is an advantage

  • Meticulous planning and attention to detail

  • High recognition for the importance of confidentiality

  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems is an advantage
