Sales Development Representative Nordics & Benelux -

The Sales Development Representative is an essential part of the success of the sales process! We are currently forming a brand new team to contribute to the future growth of Do you want to be part of it?

You will help us by:

  • Researching new markets, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Identifying points of contact within target companies and reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media

  • Making an average of 40 outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos for your Account Executive team

  • Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads, owning your pipeline

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

  • Being the face of as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers

  • Becoming an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product

  • Staying current on industry news and understanding the social media landscape

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Fluency in English, and are a native speaker in either Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.

  • Passion to develop and build a career in sales

  • Positivity and determination

  • Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection

  • Ability to thrive in a performance oriented international environment with short sales cycles

  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team

  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks

  • Experience in cold calling or in a new business generation/real estate/recruitment related role is an advantage
