With direct reference to the head of community care, You are offered a parttime job and the opportunity to play a key role on an extremely ambitious growth journey together with a small dedicated A-level team of highly skilled colleagues. At Nøie we value fun and freedom, expertise, dedication and teamwork, and we invest in each other.

Our ways of working in community care are inspired by the books “Zappos: Delivering Happiness” and “Fucking Flink”

We are working with international customers with skin concerns who can contact us at any hour of the day, seven days a week. We strive to get back to each of them within 24-hours. 

We generally schedule our part-time Community Care Heroes between 8 am and 4 pm, Saturday to Monday.

Nøie is based at the co-working space Matrikel 1 in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. 

A “can-do!-spirit”, a helpful mindset and a passion for great customer service.

Furthermore, we are looking for 

• Professional written and spoken skills in Danish and/or English

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to work quickly under pressure

• Team-spirit - everybody helps each other

It is a plus if you also have experience from healthcare, is a skincare nerd and/or have other language skills than Danish and English - The more languages the better.
