Are you passionate about traveling and sustainability? So are we. Are you driven by your passion to build impactful and intuitive products? TripDoodler is a Travel Tech startup with a clear impact agenda and we are looking for a CPO Co-Founder who wants to help us build a new world of sustainable travel in a – by travelers for travelers - community globally.


As CPO, you will have the autonomy to drive product strategy, road-mapping, and execution across the organization. You will create and empower a professional product management discipline and set a cross-company product management process.

Your role

  • Turn our current MVP and product into the leading global platform for sustainable travel.

  • Think strategically by setting future product visions and the road map.

  • Operationalizing our vision through cross-functional and strategic decisions, recruiting an experienced team, and developing processes needed to run the product development efficiently.

  • Represent product management at the executive level.

  • Empower and educate the team to work effectively and get things done.

  • Grow our existing user base and maintain their satisfaction using TripDoodler

Your DNA

  • Passionate about travel in all aspects and believe sustainable travel is the future.

  • 5+ years as product owner, product management, or technical project management experience driving a product from inception to market & support.

  • You are motivated by driving product development with a very strong customer focus.

  • You can translate between the technical details, customer problems, and business impact of the team’s work.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is structured and makes things happen.

  • You can build highly leveraged products that can be used as the cornerstone for customers and internal teams alike, as well as technically complex products that deliver incredible customer value.

  • Able to set the right team, lead, and motivate.

  • Hands-on experience with all disciplines of software product development.

TripDoodler builds on a combination of extensive travel industry knowledge, strong marketing, and technical skills. We are a small team. Very informal, flexible and believe every day should have at least one good laugh. . . We are all experienced travelers who believe the future of travel is sustainable and share a clear vision to revolutionize the travel industry.

We create a world where sustainability is a natural part of all our travel choices and we do so by empowering global travelers. We have therefore built a platform that enables online travel planners in a – by travelers for travelers – community.
