Hi! We are Hello Great Works, a digital agency, part of The North Alliance. We are 50 talented people in HGW, and 180 in total in NoA in Denmark.

In Hello Great Works we pair great minds across strategy, design, ux and tech with a can-do attitude to build meaningful digital solutions. 

We work in close-knitted teams with our clients, to solve their business problems to launch apps, websites, services and platforms. To steer this, we need more hands on deck to navigate, support, facilitate and deliver on this.

What we expect of you

• At least 5 years’ experience within project management.

• Strong team player — the ability to work closely with visual designers, ux’ers, developers and clients to bring a joint force towards a great solution.

• A great attitude and a lack of ego. It's about how we solve problems the best way, not about subjective opinions.

• Skilled at communicating, written and oral, keeping team, client and co-workers understanding where we are heading, how we are doing etc.

• Master of slides - Keynote is our tool, and you are and active part of creating pitches and proposals.

• Amazing presentation skills - we work very closely with our clients and you'll be presenting our work to them all the time together with your team members.

• Understanding of, and ability to navigate in complex problems and projects, identifying possible obstacles and risks, and plan how to mitigate.

• Deep knowledge and experience with facilitating and bringing the best out in people, to have everyones talent put into play, and in a joint direction.

• Understanding the nature and broadness of creative processes, technical development and business.

• Deep understanding of tech, and how development projects run and how to deliver.  

• Experience with using the different variations of project/process methodology within agile.

• Detail oriented and happy with numbers - in planning, following up, budgetting and use of time

Responsibilities and work

• Together, with the Client Management, in general cater for the clients we work with account management

• Identify and support on business opportunities in collaboration with Client Management in creating and participating in project pitches and other business related activities, pro-actively share opportunity/problem spaces to pursue. Scope and produce offers on briefs, in collaboration with the team and client director

• Facilitate initiatives to set direction, support and steer the project, including creating and maintaining project backlogs, process plans and alike.

• Manage the day to day project development including team briefing and management, as well as facilitation of sprint ceremonies.

• Own and steer the given project economy throughout the project.

• Manage the team in terms of collaboration, expectations, roles and motivation.

• The classic parts of project management (minutes of meeting, ressources, scope of work etc)
