We are looking for

A strong Content Specialist / Copy-writer with ability to deliver high quality content in a fast pace environment. As a Content Specialist, you will be working closely with our Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams. You are motivated by continuous learning, and getting your content pieces (blog-posts, emails, ads and videos) out to our customers and users. 

  • Build and manage a content roadmap

  • Copy-write content pieces (blog posts, emails, one-page product explainers, web content, ads), and create compelling messaging to support our market positioning

  • Always on point with your deadlines

  • Interest in evaluating impact of content (A/B testing) and ongoing improvement

  • Create awesome tutorial videos to enable best use of product

  • Become an expert in and understand the dynamics of the influencer marketing space

  • Working cross functionally - reporting to marketing, but taking input from product, customer success, and sales

  • “Graphic eye” - ability to create a uniform design across all our visuals (web, ads, emails, videos, blog posts) in line with our brand DNA, is a plus 

Experience and skills

  • +3 years of experience in copywriting and product messaging 

  • Experience with creating and editing video content

  • Ability to build and manage a content roadmap

  • Insight into Influencer Marketing space is a plus

  • Strong understanding of own performance and the ability to use data and insights to optimise performance

  • Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal and presentation skills
