Can you create growth through paid media for an international growth company? Then you’d be a good fit for our expanding Marketing and Communications team. To compliment our abundance of ideas and campaigns at TwentyThree, we’re looking for a growth-minded person who knows their way around in the digital paid media landscape.

About You

You have strong expertise with all media platforms and know not only what is possible, but can also execute the strategy. If you are able to track your own results that is a great bonus.

As a member of the marketing team you would be responsible for all paid media efforts across all channels. You will play a key role in our growth journey and help ensure that the strategy set, where you will have a say as well, is executed to perfection in our markets. You will work closely together with the MarCom operations manager, content creators, product teams and management to ensure we hit our targets and spend our money well. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Set up and track campaigns across Google, Native Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. 

  • Be responsible for keeping up with new possibilities to inspire new initiatives and channels to try out.

  • Help set and meet targets

  • Create paid media strategy along with CMO and Head of MarCom Operations

  • Track results across the full funnel with HubSpot (not required). 

Requirements: 

  • Full stack knowledge and executional excellence in all paid media marketing suites. 

  • Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented. 

  • Strong in English (understanding and speaking) as this is our company language. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Understanding of tracking and measurement

  • CRO / Website optimisation skills

  • Understanding of video marketing

  • Experience with HubSpot
