We’re looking for a new friend. Maybe that could be you?

We are seeking a developer who speaks fluent Javascript. As we’re a (recently funded!) startup, things are moving fast and we constantly come up with new ways to improve the product.

That also means that your ideas and creativity get to influence how we build our solutions! None of that "competing-with-other-teams"-stuff where your ideas never see the light of day!

We recently began the process of translating our application from Javascript to typescript, and will be doing that for the entirety of our application.

That's just one example of many invigorating projects we've started in order to upgrade our product to an enterprise-grade level.


We don't care about where you studied or how you got here, the most important thing is that you know Javascript and are as eager to improve the product as we are!

Our new developer should expect to mostly wear a developer-hat but should be willing to sometimes help the support or marketing department with in-house tasks like setting up tracking scripts.

About our "baby"

Your coming workplace has its platform written as a MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, NodeJS and AngularJS).

We’re currently in an exciting transformation from AngularJS to Angular in working alongside an external agency. As if we didn't already have enough to do, we decided to started with Typescript as part of this upgrade, which has us pretty excited!

Additionally a big theme of the coming year is to implement Machine Learning to the platform, in an attempt to give HR departments all the performance indicators they could possibly dream of! So if data science is your spiel, this might definitely be a reason to come aboard our spaceship.

We're currently a tiny development team of three, so you'd be joining a small team that's set for rapid growth in the coming year.

How we imagine you:

  • Your primary language is Javascript (ES6 is a plus!)

  • You’re a curious learner who is interested in technology and trends

  • You are familiar with git, at least at a basic level (we use Bitbucket).

  • You’re OK with - or even happy with - a flexible day-to-day with one being several hours of intense focus, and the next designing an API endpoint at a high level

Nice-to-haves:

  • Typescript experience

  • SASS/SCSS experience

  • API design experience in NodeJS

  • AngularJS OR Angular(IO) experience. We're currently undergoing an upgrade!
