We are searching for a legal intern to help us evaluate how European crypto regulation may influence our company.
Optimally we would look for a master student at the "cand.jur" or "cand.merc.jur" educations in Denmark, someone interested in writing a master's in crypto regulation.
Initially this will be an unpaid internship but it could develop into a student job and permanent employment later.
DigiShares provides software for conversion of securities into tokens on the blockchain, such that a company share can be managed similar to a bitcoin token in a crypto wallet. This gives us a lot of benefits, such as much easier issuance, transfer and trading of the securities, and the ability to digitize and automate many processes.
We are interested to look into:
what are KYC/AML requirements for our clients and the users of our clients. How can we ensure we are compliant with Danish and European legislation
how will the forthcoming European MiCA regulation influence a company such as DigiShares
how can the Danish and European securities legislation be interpreted in relation to issuing company shares as tokens on the blockchain. What are the potential pitfalls and grey areas?
other relevant areas related to compliance
DigiShares is collaborating with the leading tokenization players globally and you will be able to get insight into an area that is developing very fast at the moment.
