We’re looking for like-minded souls that want to join us on this mission. We’re a well-funded fintech with over 25 employees growing fast and getting customers even faster. We are a B2B2C product where we sell our solution as a white label service to banks. We’re already live with some of the biggest and most innovative banks in the Europe like Nordea, ABN AMRO, Lunar and many more.  We’re looking for a creative content specialist to join our rocket ship for the next phase, where we will expand our operations to even more countries.

 

As a content creator specialist, you will work closely together with the rest of the sales and marketing team. Together you will develop the company’s content strategy, while you will have the responsibility of executing it – always with a build, measure, learn mindset. We’re a data-driven company, and this is also part of our content creation. We already have a best-in-class product, but as we expand into new markets, we need an experienced content creator specialist to write engaging blog posts, create explainer videos and do contextual LinkedIn posts that consolidates our current thought leadership role within the industry. That’s where you come in!

 

In short this is what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop content strategy and content personas

  • Produce creative content – everything from blogposts and ebooks to videos and graphics

  • Generate new ideas by regularly interviewing employees, customers and other stakeholders

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize our LinkedIn presence

We expect that you have experience as a creative content specialist. We’re looking for profiles that can tell the same narrative in different formats and that knows the difference between the needs for a lengthy whitepaper and a short marketing form. We also expect that you have worked professionally with different social media channels and know how to measure the impact of your work – LinkedIn experience is preferred. It is also an advantage, but not a must, if you have experience with working with content within the financial sector. Even better if you have experience with creating content in a B2B2C setting.

 

In short this is what we expect from you: 

  • Experience with creating content for different channels in various formats

  • Knowledge of how to use different social media channels and tools

  • Good to have experience with writing content for the financial sector and in a B2B2C setting

  • A Pippi Longstocking attitude of ‘I’ve never tried that before. I’m probably really good at it’... 

Your education is not as important as your experience. You can come from a pure communication background, but self-taught content providers with a proven track record are also more than welcome to apply. It is a huge plus if you have had experience with working within a startup and have the entrepreneurial mindset needed in a workday that will be filled with ambiguity. But most importantly you need to be ready to have fun. Because it’s going to be a rollercoaster where the right candidate can also get the responsibility for our European PR efforts!
