We are seeking a Partner success manager with a passion for technology, a commitment to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to serving our partners and ensuring their success. Equally as important is a passion for designing and executing processes to quickly deliver value through uniform customer experiences, implementation assistance, and knowledge transfer for clients of all shapes and sizes.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable support processes that encompass our product and service offerings.

• Develop implementation plans; optimized to quickly deliver value and lead our partners to successful outcomes.

• Work closely with our sales partner’s Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other customer-facing roles to provide clear and actionable plans for every project, whether a new customer or existing.

• Provide support for partners by demonstrating product expertise and guiding them with best practices and implementation assistance.

• Assess customer requirements and manage implementation work for new and existing customers

• Conduct onboarding and training activities with new and existing users in products and procedures

• Demonstrate mastery of our ever-evolving features and capabilities by working closely with our engineers, and using our products as part of your daily rituals

. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing/sales, or communication-related field or the equivalent skill and knowledge

• Technical mindset

• Experience working with healthcare

• Experience working with large and complex customers who have a range of job functions and personalities

• Driven by goals and timelines

• Planing and structured from a-z

• Passionate and skilled presenter

• Fluent in written and oral English
