Are you our new Tech Lead at Female Invest?

We’re looking for an ambitious Tech Lead to build Female Invest 2.0. As Tech Lead, you’ll hold the technological heart of Female Invest in your hands, driving the development, architecture and operations of our platform. You and the management will be partners in crime, on a mission to financially empower women and disrupt the financial industry.

You’ll have full product and technical ownership of our solution, ranging from frontend to backend development. This requires a broad skill set and experience from a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and technical development of Female Invest 2.0

• Ensuring alignment and doing technical planning across the company 

• Strategic sparring with the management 

We expect you to

Required:

• Have experience within software development

• Have experience working with high availability systems and API development 

• Experience with React, RESTful development, CMSes, Azure, Node.js

• Be curious, ambitious and constantly hungry for new knowledge 

• We value a pro-active, self-driven, can-do attitude

Nice-to-have:

• Experience or eagerness to work with and integrating Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Thinkific

• Experience or eagerness to work with Shopify theme development with Liquid and SCSS

• Experience or eagerness to learn and work with Docker and/or Terraform

• Experience or eagerness to work with and integrate retail POS systems such as Shopify, Stripe and/or PayPal.
