We are looking for an sharp financial mind to manage Nextfood finances. We will fit the final job description to the chosen candidate and depending on your profile, you may take a wider management consulting type of role in developing our business.

Working with the Co-founder/CEO and the management team, you will be responsible for the company's finances, including forecasting and accounting, and you will be involved in the financial side of our sourcing and manufacturing as well as farm operations.

You naturally take ownership, are capable of working independently and apply a structured, data-driven approach, and you are passionate about our mission for better food and a more sustainable food system.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial management, forecasting, accounting

• Support financial side of sourcing and manufacturing

• Support financial side of farm operations

• Optional: Management consultant tasks related to business strategy, planning and the CEO agenda

You:

• Relevant education

• Experienced or ambitiously 'up-and-coming'

• Solid knowledge of Danish accounting

• Data-driven, analytical, structured, attention to detail, efficient learner

• Passionate, driven, take ownership

• Hands-on get-it-done attitude. Moves from strategy to implementation with ease.

• Optional: Understanding of international transactions, purchasing and accounting

• Optional: Experience with sourcing and manufacturing

• Optional: Experience from running operations preferably in technology driven company with hardware products
