The job:

As Solution Sales Manager, you’ll handle the full sales process from lead generation/cold calling and first customer contact to signing the agreement. Your primary target is Enterprise companies in the US, as well as Western Europe. The role requires that you speak native English, plus one of the Nordic languages.

Through your professional and diplomatic approach you know exactly how to develop strong relationships and you execute web meetings, phone conferences and physical meetings (expect a certain amount of travelling in the future) with excellence.

Creating a strong, solid pipeline is crucial for you and us. Your future success will most likely be supported by a steady number of inbound leads coming your way from your colleagues in the marketing department, but you’ll also enjoy cold calling targeted accounts. 

Optimizing efforts and performance is part of our general development strategy. This is naturally supported by an experienced dedicated management team that counts on you and is motivated to support your success. Data to support our common focus areas are provided by our CRM system. 


You:

You’ve spent at least the last 3-5 years gaining valuable experience in international sales, within the SaaS field. Talking to and systematically negotiating with decision makers and influencers in different kinds of organizations motivates you, and you’re always driving sales.

You’re looking to join a winning team with a fast pace, ambitious targets and strong competencies. You have a 'proven track record' and are today known by your colleagues as an achiever, a doer and a winner.

You’re used to working with individual targets and you acknowledge that energy is created within your team, driven by eagerness to succeed. When meeting challenges, you have a constructive attitude and a creative mindset. Obstacles don’t kill your motivation, but cultivate it!
