Do you want to run the day-to-day operations of a startup, working to bring more people out of their cars and onto their bikes? If possible starting as a full-time internship. With the intention and a clear path to turning it into a 30h/week paid position.

The big new and promising market for us is e-bike sensors. The goal is to combine smarter electronics with clever mechanical solutions to beat the existing sensors in this market on cost, performance, and quality parameters.

Are you serious about cycling? Are you really good at English? Also good with numbers? Want to learn project management? And, most importantly, can you juggle many things at once while keeping organized and not stressed out? Then we should definitely talk!

Your tasks could include:

• Small scale project management and reporting

• Assist in recruiting and HR

• Light bookkeeping

• Office management and occasional international shipping

• Light sales and marketing, web-research, and SEO

• Set up meetings and webinar/event management

Depending on your skills and interests, you may assist with other tasks as needed.

Language:

Excellent English is required.

Some Danish is a plus.

German would be great but not required.

We are looking for someone who

• Is solution-oriented with a sense for finding good and easy ways to get things done

• Is structure and detail-oriented

• Has a positive attitude

• Is dependable and gets things done

It would be a plus if you have experience with one or more of: project management, social media, web design, accounting, SEO, graphics editing, bike training, photography, video recording, video editing, and advanced excel.

Internship

Your internship is for 4-8 weeks or more. We expect you to work at the office full-time and will treat you as any other employee. We really want to make sure you get something out of this. We are flexible in finding a solution that works for you. If you want to do this as "virksomhedspraktik" from "A-kasse" we may be able to run it for one or two 4-week periods.

Following the internship, we have previously had great success turning this type of role into a salaried position. This would be an ideal scenario for this and we are only looking for interns, who would be interested in this type of work as a long-term 30h/week job. We always want our interns to get one step closer to getting that "real" job, and judging by the stats we have been good at this so far.
