The Opportunity

As a Senior Brand Designer at Peakon you will create great design solutions for our global marketing department collaborating on creating high quality website designs, sales/marketing collaterals, 2D animations and evolving the brand language.

In this role you’ll combine design thinking, user insights and company strategy to deliver delightful and insightful experiences. It’s important that you’re a strong communicator and are able to get your points across using various techniques, such as storyboards, prototypes, wireframes etc.

You’ll be joining the Brand Team that currently consists of 4 designers working closely together with the 8 designers in the Product and UX team.

You have a solid foundation in visual design/branding and knowledge of digital and brand design current best practices, technologies and creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Create aesthetically excellent work that embodies the Peakon brand across all touch points

• Concept development on bigger projects, such as events, campaigns, adds, reports etc.

• Influence and push the design culture and the creative standards

• Follow a project from brief to delivery

• Provide feedback to team members in order to raise the bar in the brand team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years experience working in-house or in a creative agency

• Experience creating and following design systems

• Able to create animated videos showing our products, for social media and our website

• Advanced in Design tools such as Figma, InDesign, After Effects and Photoshop
