As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support our growing Customer Success team in Copenhagen and play an instrumental role in educating and maximising our customers utilisation of our platform

About the role

You’ll primarily be supporting our Customer Success team in everything we do from supporting our customers to making strategic decisions about our customers journey. This will involve a lot of responsibility, including scheduling meetings, minute taking, managing various inbound correspondence and updating our CRM. Additionally, you’ll be assisting on a number of projects including creating content and knowledge base articles for our Voice of Customer program. 

The role will be full time for the duration of your internship and compensated in line with the standards of your place of education. 

As the ideal candidate you’re

  • passionate about digital marketing, social media and start-ups.

  • a frequent user of social media and have a clear understanding of the space.

  • not afraid to pick up the phone and do not let a rejection discourage you.

  • open to giving and receiving feedback within your team.

  • a fast learner and would relish the opportunity  for personal development.

  • an outgoing individual who enjoys talking to people, listening carefully, and asking the right questions to understand the situation of your contacts.

  • Fluent in English - multilingual and bilingual talents are a plus
