Proper is more than efficient property management. Proper is a seal of quality, safety and reliability. Our service is a lean and automated process for landlords and tenants – providing transparency and trust in the rental market. We want the renting experience to be favorable. The process of renting out properties should be simple and tenants should feel at home. We scaled more than 30% MOM for 18 months and received our Seed round early 2020. Now we’re preparing for our Series A with the aim of reaching multiple countries and +100K tenancies.
As a part of our Customer Success team, you will manage day-to-day operations and long term business relationships with our customers, the landlords, and their customers, the tenants.
You will be responsible for taking care of new and existing landlords and tenants who contact us for a variety of reasons - and your finest responsibility is to help them on their way and ensure their questions are answered. Furthermore, you will be responsible for enabling our customers to fully adopt Proper in order to grow their business.
We are growing fast! And as we scale up, you will be looking after hundreds of landlords and thousands of tenants. This means that you constantly look for ways to ensure that our customers get the information they need. Moreover, you are data-driven, think scalability in your work and can help us improve our communication; video guides, templates, FAQ, etc.
Maintaining and growing customer satisfaction - we have close to zero churn and want to keep it this way. You are the first experience our customers get and you must ensure a positive business outcome for the customer and Proper
act as a trusted advisor for our customers and make sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner
be a Customer Success advocate internally, i.e. serve as the customer's voice and provide feedback to your colleagues in Product and Sales
ensure all communication and activities with our customers are well documented
constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes
close additional revenue opportunities within our existing client base
be an awesome Proper ambassador for all landlords and their tenants.
Your work is characterised by high quality, where your skills within service shows the added value you bring. The ideal candidate is also good at working at a high pace, and must have experience with customer contact over the phone.

are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, that enjoy working in a constantly changing dynamic environment - we have not figured everything out yet, and need your help with this.
And as mentioned in the top of the page - you need to be fluent in speaking and writing Danish in order to serve and help our Danish customers.
