Triband is an independent comedy game developer. We recently launched WHAT THE GOLF? - a golf game for people who hate golf - and it has grown into quite a success. For the coming years, we’ll be working on the ✨Next Big Things™✨ in comedy games. And we’d love it if you’d want to join us. We currently employ 20 people of 5 different nationalities and the language is English.

About the Position

As Triband’s new Administrative Manager you’ll run the business administration part of the studio. You will gradually take over day to day administration of everything related to studio finance, team employment, contracts, insurances and external partner management.

You will work in close cooperation with the studio owners, and be part of the studio management. 

We’ll expect you to be way more experienced than us in the area, and that you are able to help us to make good decisions. We’re looking for someone with impeccable integrity and the ability to keep a cool overview of things happening now, and planned to happen a few years ahead.

We are looking for at least 2+ years of professional experience, and are generally looking for people who are not like us and who will challenge us and our way of doing things!

The position will require you to participate in meetings at perhaps awkward times as several of our important partners reside on the US west coast. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience from a similar role

• A bachelor's degree or better in business management or a related field

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-organising and proactive

When & where:

We are looking for the right candidate, so exactly when you can start is not important. The job is min. 50% ON-SITE at our nice lake-view office in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark (except during pandemics where we tend to work from home).
