We already have ~350 homes for students and are on track to explode that number reaching 2.500 homes in just a few years. We need a smart person like you to provide clarity on our vision by building and operating a world-class budgeting and reporting system.
Pay bills and maintain bookkeeping (through PLEO and Roger.ai)
Explain variations on budget based on our reports.
Make budget forecasts based on newest knowledge from team & accounting
Provide regular updates for board and banks
Help team members understand how they are doing on their specific budgets
You are probably a Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Aud or Cand.Polit student with a good understanding of Financial and Managerial Accounting.
Good budgeting skills with a solid understanding the relationship between income statements, cashflow statements and balance sheets.
You are probably an Excel wizard.
You have strong communication and presentation skills. You can communicate important financial information to non-finance teammates in ways that is easy to understand.
Experience with real estate finance is a plus.
Experience from working with a group of companies (parent and subsidiaries) is a plus.
Experience working with our finance tech stack (E-conomic, Excel, Pleo, Roger.ai) is a plus

Salary: 150 kr. per hour
Hours per week: ~20-25 hours
Place of work: We have offices on Refshaleøen and Vesterbro. You can also work a lot from home.
