Trackunit is now looking for an Engagement Manager to join our Consulting team. You are going to work with a portfolio of projects helping our global customers on their journey to digitalization. Consulting is a customer-facing entrepreneurial team helping our customers solve some of their most difficult challenges through strategic advisory, visioning, ideation, storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market testing and experimentation.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Every day is different, but you can expect to: 

• Solve the industry’s toughest challenges by gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypothesis to communicate and implement actionable recommendations leveraging the Trackunit platform

• Cultivate customers' potential for strategic cooperation via meetings, presentations, and workshops and be the project manager and driver for your customers' projects

• Collaborate with C-level executives worldwide to pursue innovative business opportunities, design viable business models, and build roadmaps around those

• Work closely together with colleagues and customers to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results

• You will also work with many experts from data scientists and researchers to software developers and designers.

Who are you?

• 3+ years of relevant experience from a similar position or role, e.g. Management Consultant or Project Manager

• Graduate degree and excellent academic record

• Clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic or extracurricular setting

• Problem-solving aptitude and critical reasoning skills 


• Thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with an active feedback culture 


• Very good verbal, presentation, and written skills in English

• Comfortable with significant customer interaction and interest in building relationships

• Willingness to travel
