This is your chance to become a part of an incredibly exciting journey from market selection to penetration. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll join our Copenhagen based team to be part of our constant efforts to enable, educate, and maximize the utilization of the Harba platform.
You’ll support our customers through a careful and thoughtful resolution of any questions they raise. Your customer-first approach and passion for how Harba can help marinas will be critical for our customer satisfaction, utilization rates, and retention.
What you will be doing:
Providing excellent and efficient customer service.
Working as a supportive team member with the ability to work independently in a production-oriented work environment.
Support with creating content and knowledge base articles for our Help Centre, articulating in a digestible and engaging format best practice on how best to utilize the Harba platform
Work closely with our Product Managers & Developers to understand and improve your knowledge of the Harba platform
Effectively communicating and interacting with a diverse population
Researching information, analyzing documentation, reviewing, and explaining findings.
What we expect from you:
Excellent English (both written and verbal)
Danish language (Native/Fluent)
French language (a big plus but not a requirement)
Fast learner
Passion for writing & sailing (would be a plus)
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Eagerness to learn and grow along with the company and face greater challenges everyday
