Would you like to work with behavior change and sustainability? Do you have the experience needed to develop relevant conversations with both the public and a corporate audience that inspire action? Do you understand what drives change – and not afraid of what is difficult and necessary? Do you want to work in a newly founded organization where you must dream as well as execute? Then you are our wo/man!
TOMORROW is a new platform for sustainability and behavior change. The climate and biodiversity crisis requires us to change our behavior—all of us. And we need to not be afraid of changing but be inspired to change.
Among other things, our new Program Director will:
Scope and develop content for our up-coming Festival, Business Summit and think tank (in September 2021), as well as planning of our monthly Tomorrow Talks that happen around the country and digitally
Hire a small team of passionate and clever project managers that can drive our projects forward
Have the day to day responsibility of the ‘program team’ ensuring our projects deliver on time and meet our own expectations as well as our partners
Develop our mission with us, making sure we deliver on behavior change, measure it, improve and get all levels of society involved.
We expect:
10-15 years of experience within sustainability
Experience from an NGO, consultancy, journalism or a ministry is an advantage
A pen that can transform loose ideas into an inspiring document, a solid concept and transparent process
Fluent Danish and a solid Danish network
We want you to be forgiving and acknowledge that we are in start-up mode. Our mission is carved in stone, but the way to get there is not. If you thrive in structure and defined processes, you will not thrive here. Yet!
We are a team of nerds coming from various fields. We like skepticism, curiosity and expect that it goes hand in hand with a positive, constructive and solution-oriented mindset.
Deadline: Nov. 15th. On-boarding as soon as possible.

PS: Yes, we need international binding legislation, a carbon tax and political action, but until hell freezes over and that happens, we want to push the enormous driving force that is positive collective change and the importance of social norms. Join us!
