Cuttles is a fully funded, fast-growing startup that helps dreamers and entrepreneurs develop ideas and build startups. We are SaaS’ing up business planning, cutting days off the planning work and empowering entrepreneurs to meet investors with confidence. Our app guides our users through all the steps of business planning, budgeting, forecasting, roadmapping and pitching. We’re a startup helping startup – a meta-startup if you will 🤓

You’ll join a small, but pretty great team that right now includes:

Christian, our Founder and CEO. Christian is the go-to guy for pretty much everything Cuttles-related. He developed and designed Cuttles all by himself, does all our outbound marketing and he’s a pretty mean beer pong player too.

Julie, our Chief Communications Officer. Julie is our fast-typing, always optimistic communications, branding and copywriting person, and if you make her a bowl of pasta, you’ll win her heart for sure.

Inesa, our Business Intern. Inesa is a bad-ass researcher, who’s in love with business and entrepreneurship, and if you bring her to a flea market, she’ll haggle those prices way down for you.

At Cuttles, everyone does everything – so joining us means getting your hands into all sorts of different tasks. What you do tomorrow will most likely be different from what you did yesterday – that’s what makes it fun! 🥳

A day in your new seat could look like this:

You get to the office, grab yourself a cup of Joe and get comfy. From there, you:

• Check our chat and your email and reply to all questions and support requests from our customers. These could include anything from technical issues and troubleshooting to questions about how to create a marketing plan.

• Optimize our onboarding flow to increase conversion rates by improving our emails or writing new ones.

• Reach out to customers to build relationships, touch base and help them on their startup journey.

• Collect data and do reports on customer concerns, wishes and needs.

• Work closely with Julie, our CCO, to create high-quality content (written, video, audio, etc.) that improves conversion, onboarding and retention of customers

Some days you will also:

• Conduct customer surveys, gather feedback and run NPS

• Come up with creative new ways to help our customers succeed with their startups

• Collaborate closely with our whole team to develop and expand Cuttles

• Go to events, conferences and do some networking to establish partnerships and relationships with potential new customers (once Covid allows for some normality again)

And you will always:

• Be the face and name of Cuttles when we reach out to customers and partners

• Represent the customers' voice and provide inputs to marketing and product processes

• Be curious and care about how we provide the best experience to all our customers

To do great in this job, you need to:

• Have a couple of years under your inbound marketing belt, e.g. writing newsletters, set up funnels and create content

• Be really excited about startups and entrepreneurship and have a great business sense

• Write and speak impeccable English

• Be comfortable in a customer-facing role and able to provide excellent support and guidance for our customers

• Be able to work with data and use it to build great customer experiences

• Be a true people person: Outgoing, outreaching and curious

• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and appreciate being part of an ever-changing startup

It would be nice if you also:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a few years of work experience

• Have experience with establishing partnerships and think it’s fun to network and meet people in person

• Understand the startup world and know how incubators, accelerators and startup portfolios work.

• Have an interest in and a good understanding of SaaS products and perhaps have worked in a startup before
