We are looking for a new Team Lead to help support our growing engineering organization of 60+ engineers across different teams. You will be responsible for one of our development teams, where you will work in a close relationship with the product owner to help set the direction for your team. As a person, you like that things are organized so that your team is achieving progress and achieves flow while maintaining high standards. Your technical background and experience will help the team in design sessions and choosing the right path for the task.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Support the coding process, including review of logs for errors after code deployment to all environments

• Develop complex new software features or modifications to existing software features efficiently, using industry best practices, and adhering to standards.

• Lead a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and debugging new highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.

• Apply advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects.

• Run Standup, retrospectives, and planning with your team

• Work with other Team Leads and managers on cross-team projects locally and abroad

• Prepare demos and broadcast key results from your team

• See the bigger picture and inspire, lead, and motivate team members to see their full potentials.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of managing and technically lead a team of Software Engineers

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Software Development, or related

• Foster an engineering mindset, relentlessly avoid toil and maintain high standards

• Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment

• You have professional experience with developing large software solutions

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Eager to understand domain/users and deliver excellent products
