Orangebooks is looking for Customer Success Manager.


Our vision

Orangebooks uses AI to do the job that highly overpaid specialists are doing today. We've build algorithms that run the boring admin part of a small businesses that allow modern digital entrepreneurs to live worry free life and forget about taxes and bookkeeping.


Who are we?

We are a young startup that came out of Techstars startup weekend hackathon but already recognized on Copenhagen’s Fintech scene. Ask Danske Bank, Digital Hub Denmark, or Danish Business Authorities who gave us awards. We've been through Accelerace bootcamp and collaborated with Nordea.


About you

  • First and foremost: you are a curious person and ready for an exciting journey!

  • You absolutely love talking with people (and customers) especially listening to their needs and always trying to be as helpful as possible

  • You are digital native with tools like Drift, Slack, Apollo, Loom and others that help provide the best service to customers

  • You find creative solutions to explain difficult concepts in an easy way

  • You are dreaming about starting your own business one day (Bonus: or maybe you have already tried entrepreneurial lifestyle?)


You will work with:

  • building knowledge base

  • video tutorials

  • customer demos & sales meetings

  • customer journey

  • supporting customers


BONUS POINTS: you know bookkeeping, taxes, and business administration.
