With a growth of more than 30%, every month since December 2018, Proper is doing well. That is why we are now looking for another student assistant for our Customer Success team. As part of Customer Success, you and the rest of the team will be responsible for providing the best service to our customers.
Customer Success owns the entire process after an agreement has been entered into with a new customer. The team is responsible for giving our new customers the best possible start-up. We do this by providing good customer service so that our customers feel safe, and selling our add-on modules to our existing customers, so that they save even more time and energy in their everyday lives. The Customer Success team is thus essential for Proper's growth and our customers' satisfaction.

As part of the Customer Success team, it will require you to thrive in a work environment where collaboration is central. As part of the team, you will work closely with both our sales team and product team, so that together we can create the good experience for our customers.
Your primary tasks will be:
To communicate and provide good service for tenants and landlords both by email and telephone.
To create new customers and make sure they get a good start at Proper.
To help our landlords prepare leases, eviction statements etc.
To send out letters of demand and cancellations.
To help your team with various ad-hoc tasks.
We expect the position to be 10-20 hours per week.
You have taken a sabbatical or are in the process of pursuing your higher education as either a bachelor or a graduate. The direction is not the important thing - it is your attitude and experience that matters.
You are proficient in writing and speaking, as communication is an important part of your position at Customer Success
As an individual, you are responsible and good at maintaining an overview during periods of bustle
