ABOUT MXNEY

MXNEY is a new way of funding ecommerce sites and aims to make capital more accessible. The company was founded by Morten Lodal Askekilde and Mads Andreas Olesen, two entrepreneurs passionate about ecommerce and helping businesses to grow.

MXNEY understands the needs of ecommerce businesses, and we speak the same language, thereby we can recognise growth potential better than traditional lenders can. Unlike traditional lenders, we do not take equity or interest payments for provided capital. Instead, provided that our analysis reveals a match, we buy the existing inventory, to increase liquidity for online shops. 

As ecommerce providers are growing their business, they are faced with the need for capital from two sides: online marketing and ensuring that they have the necessary inventory. Because of a discrepancy between the business model of ecommerce shops and how traditional lenders, such as banks or VCs provide funding, there is a need for an alternative way. We can provide that. 

THE INTERNSHIP

The overall goal of the business development internship is to support the growth strategy of MXNEY. As we are scaling fast you will have the opportunity to create long-term value for MXNEY by supporting expansion decisions with carefully conducted research and insights on markets, competitors or the business internally.

As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of a team that will analyze different areas of MXNEY's business. Primarily analysis of our data regarding sales and how we optimize our investments.

We are looking for some dedicated people who are not afraid of responsibility as you will stand with many of our core analysis tasks and work closely with our founders.

You are analytical thinking, good at mathematics and want practical experience in working with data.

This role requires that you are good with data and mathematics.

The internship period is 3 months full-time, with the opportunity of an extension or a paid job afterwards. We will be hiring ASAP, so please do not hesitate to send us your application.
