We have built first of a kind digital work schedule planner specifically for daycare. Our product can be sold to up 6.000 institutions just in Denmark for up to 36M DKK / revenue/year. Our solution has been tested and adopted by a municipality kindergarten in Rudersdal for a half a year.
We want to validate demand and the solution directly with private and "selvejende" institutionы in Zealand via a market/UX research project. You can read more about our product at normi.dk. We expect you to understand our solution pretty quickly with us and recruit several daycare institutions for a collaborative research project.
Besides compensation, you can expect to be able to negotiate solid position, equity and wage if the segment you will be working with becomes a success via this research project. We expect to be able to move to this next milestone approximately within a month.
A kick-off meeting will be held in Copenhagen
Fluent Danish is required
You will be working with T-shaped product talents
We expect this job will take a week or two (part-time)
The job involves interview recruiting so it is expected you have knowledge in sales, outbound sales or UX research
