The position

We are looking for a top-performing, analytically-driven, entrepreneurial Senior Manager to help shape the operational and technology strategy of Gelato Network. Gelato Network is the platform that connects print and logistics partners together to form the world’s largest print cloud.

Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Gelato Network, you will manage strategic operational and technology projects and help to evaluate how Gelato responds to new opportunities and trends in the printing industry.

You will work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives such as category expansion, global supply chain projects, and technology solutions to improve partner operations.

Gelato Network is the backbone of the operations for Gelato, and this is a unique role to be part of building the platform to harness the opportunities of the future.

The role is to be based in London, Stockholm, Boston, or Oslo.

What you'll be doing

You will help Gelato to build its network to support “any product, anywhere, anytime”, seeking new print technology or solutions to accelerate growth and drive improved costs. You will work on a variety of projects to achieve this goal, which could include:

• Innovating on and driving adoption of Gelato's production workflow.

• Build and develop new partnerships with relevant partners to expand the offering based on customer demand as well as improve efficiency to increase usage of Gelato’s services.

• Driving key projects to expand the product portfolio or global presence.

• Optimizing pricing models towards suppliers and customers. Benchmarking market-leading competitor offerings and understanding production cost components for different production technologies.

• Working collaboratively to set the product development priorities for Gelato Network development teams.

• Operational excellence initiatives to improve service quality on a global scale together with regional operations managers.

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with a strong academic performance from a top tier university.

• Experience in high volume e-commerce environments with complex logistical operations is strongly preferred.
