FULLTIME POSITION:
We are looking for a full time Product Manager to join us remote from anywhere around the world.
You'll be the squid between our Customer Success, Design, QA and Engineering department, connecting all the dots and making sure our product development across our 4 products keeps moving fast and builds a truly worldclass SaaS product.
As a Product Manager you'll work with 4 different products within our Event Management Suite:
Event Planning SaaS (Event Website Generator, Registration System, Emailing etc)
Event App (A complete white label app we sell to customers)
Check-in App (a complete check-in app we sell to customers for on the day support)
Virtual Event Platform (a complete web-based virtual platform with video capabilities)
YOUR ROLE:
You'll be joining our passionate Product team of 8 people, across 3 different continents.
On a daily basis your job you will be:
Owning the entire product management process from start to finish across all 4 products
Communicating on a daily basis with our Engineering Team, Customer Success & Design
Communicating with customers at times to really understand how they use our 4 products
Creating reports on weekly product sprints and owning them from start to finish
Owning the backlog of feature requests mapped out by type of customers, so we can ensure we're tracking the most requested features across our 4 products
Owning the backlog of bugs across our 4 products and communicating with QA and Engineering to ensure they're fixed and communicated directly to Customer Success
Sending weekly & monthly updates to entire team about new product releases
Sending weekly & monthly updates to customers about new product releases
Creating video material together with Customer Success about new product functionalities
Reporting directly to our CPO and setting the strategic direction of products
Your requirement & skills:
You are incredibly structured and have incredibly strong communication skills.
You are a natural Project Manager and have a good ability at connecting the dots in a fast paced environment
You have a natural interest in product development
You are very detailed oriented and diligent in your daily work
You are fluent in English in writing and oral
You have a very strong work discipline.
Experience in previous product management or project management roles is a plus
You work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus: Your data-driven and like numbers
Given the size of the company, we expect you to be proactive and can take full responsibility in a flat hierarchy. You can expect to have a very free framework to do things as you think they should be done. We provide thorough training, and from this the starting point is that both processes, tools and tasks are always up for discussion.
