What We Need...

We need a real team player that will proactively research manufacturing possibilities for our games in development, in tandem with our design progress. You will be in charge of sourcing and logistics, confirming with our Head of Studio. We need someone who can rule the supply chain and keep our fulfillment-hubs at full speed, ensuring our place at the forefront of manufacturing.

We need someone who will surprise us with new ideas on assembly, components and materials, as you together with our game designers find out what components are needed for our games, to reach our brand values. You have a strong hunger for knowledge, learning all the details you don't know, being wiser than all of us, at all time, on manufacturing terms. 

We need someone with a sense of joy and happiness in their achievements, being one step ahead of the design team, but can still navigate our designers' changes – even in the eleventh hour. We need someone who can reorganize a manufacturing pipeline, when deadlines are past due and still keep it cool. 

We need someone who believes that board games are the best use of time together with friends or family.

Jacob has over 20 years experience as a storyteller and product designer, in almost all markets; working as the lead designer for LEGO, CocaCola, Bang & Olufsen and Dreamworks, just to name-drop a few. He is the author of the progressive design book series, a design ideology and methodology. He is a creative force searching for simplicity and efficiency in every corner of his process. Henrik has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, helping European startups innovate and scale. He has seen the best and the worst in startups, and knows how to avoid the typical pitfalls.
