E-commerce is our main source of revenue, yet with contribution from our events all over Europe and our Flagship Store in Copenhagen.

The Job

In the job, you will have two main areas of responsibility. 

• Organic marketing, which will be mainly focused on influencers, bloggers and other aspects of content creation.

• Email marketing, where you will be in charge of weekly campaigns, segmenting, and email automation.

As a team, we will discuss strategy, but you will be in charge of delivering the finished campaigns - from start to the final analysis.  

You will be responsible for, gathering and editing content, creating briefs, staying on top of marketing laws and creating ideas.

The Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our athletes and influencers, since they are our rolemodels, spokespersons and our clothing billboard.  They will be an important part of your work here, and we expect you to understand their value to us as a brand. We always try to accommodate them as well, and therefore try to find a win/win situation, where mutual value is gained. 

You will be executing influencer campaigns; from idea (brief) - to finished product (video, photos, blogs etc.) - to the evaluation/reporting. 

Emails are an essential part of our marketing mix. You will be responsible for creating B2C emails, B2B emails and creating and optimizing email flows.

As we are a small team, you will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate has most or all of these assets:

-As a minimum: BA in Marketing/Communication or similar degree -Highly organized  -A self-starter

-Taking 100% responsibility for ones assignments 

-Experience working with influencer/affiliate marketing.  

-Fluency in G Suite.   -Strong communication skills written/oral in Danish and English (German or French would be a bonus)  

-Active in CrossFit/Functional Fitness/Mixed Martial Arts/ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Fitness

-Photo/Video editing knowledge is an advantage

-Understanding that building something great is not always a 9-5 job.
