User experience-driven Intern, for exciting new Food Tech Start-up!

At ChefMe we are looking for an intern who has an eye for making complex things simple and is extremely driven by focusing on the user.

As an intern in a new start-up, you will have the opportunity and freedom to test out your design ideas and see them throughout our website. So if you are looking for some practical experience alongside your studies and the opportunity to be a part of the quickly growing food-tech industry, this is the opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Shorten our conversion funnel and Improve our user journey.

• Test new products and see how they affect our users.

• Identify new product improvement opportunities.

• Set design requirements based on information from user research.

• Wire-framing your ideas and presenting them to the team.

• Documenting your work through Trello to help our developers implement your designs.

• Work closely with our CTO and engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.

• Present product design ideas to our CEO.

• You are a creative individual.

• You have a passion for creating fantastic user journeys.

• You have the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.

• You can Recommend new tools and technologies because you are eager to learn and stay on top of new trends and techniques.

• You have experience with responsive design.

• You have knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, Web standards and usability.
