We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), who can help assist our more than 130 legal advisors and more than 4.000+ customers utilize the LegalHero platform. đź’Ş

The Job
You will work with existing customers as well as marketing qualified leads to drive sales within our platform and help our legal advisors deliver the best possible legal services in the industry.
In order to succeed in the role as CSM, you will have to:
Native Danish speaker 🇩🇰
Possess strong work ethics and the ability to handle several assignments at once
Be outgoing, extrovert, and sociable in order to create the basis for forming strong relationships with all stakeholders in LegalHero
Have a sound business understanding that helps maintain and increase
conversion rates and grow customer retention, revenue, and deliver results
Furthermore, you need:
To be able to increase conversion and retention
Increase ATS (average ticket size) while still keeping our customers’ best interests in mind
Meet or best exceed sales targets MoM
Who you are:
Ideally, you fit one or more of the following criteria:
Holding a diploma in law or business law and have a sound high-level understanding of most business-related legal subjects
An excellent communicator both in writing and in speech, so you can easily engage all stakeholders proactively – lawyers as well as non-lawyers – and communicate difficult and sensitive information in an elegant and compelling way
Comfortable in an informal and high-paced work environment where teamwork
and professionalism are core values
