We are looking for a Vendor Manager who will be responsible for the success of EasyTranslate’s partners, ensuring that we always have the best linguists to guarantee top quality translation services for our clients. About the position:
The Vendor Manager will amongst other tasks be responsible for sourcing, onboarding/offboarding, training, and communicating with our linguists.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing linguists using national and international sites such as Proz.com and Translatorscafe.com, as well as online platforms and/or communities
Assessing and selecting potential candidates
Onboarding linguists according to general and client specific SLAs
Creating and maintaining onboarding material according to client requirements
Carrying out quality control and analysis according to company specified guidelines and methodologies
Liaising with clients for account setups face-to-face meetings, conference calls and email correspondence)
Maintaining strong relationships with subscription partners and upselling partner subscription services
Working with our sales and project management teams to deliver full-service enterprise solutions to key clients
Requirements:
Proficiency with collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
Experience with sourcing and/or vendor management
Outgoing and naturally service-minded attitude
Strong project management and leadership skills
Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
The ideal candidate has also:
Knowledge of 3 or more languages
Experience within the translation industry and/or Sales/HR
