Job responsibilities
Identify the game’s target audience, positioning, values, unique selling points and key messaging
Define the brand identity including title, key art, brand guidelines and supporting campaign assets
Manage the creation of promotional tools with internal artists and external creative agencies, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
Champion, evangelise and represent the brand both internally and externally with key business partners
Analyse data, builds automated reports, and work with the Analytics team to get all necessary data at the right time to manage game metrics.
Raise the bar in strategic thinking linked to superior integrated creative execution that make a difference on the game downloads, DAUs and revenues.
Analyse the marketing strategies and execution on a constant basis and challenge the team to come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing tactics to increase performance across all networks and platforms
Assist in managing in-game sales, CRM programs, seasonal content, economy, and user traffic.
Work with game teams to identify, test, and measure highest-impact product changes to drive positive revenue, reach and retention enhancements.
Identify tools and systems Crey Games needs and work with technical teams to build, refine, and constantly improve our tools and Systems.
Understand Platform-game metrics to inform hypotheses and creates experiments with clear and measurable success goals.
Drive in-game messaging and push notification and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimise game engagement/virality/monetisation metrics.
Conduct market research in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing teams to understand target users, formulate product vision and positioning as well as produce comprehensive forecasts.
Take ownership of feature design/priorities and proactively drive it with cross-functional teams (Creative/Art/Technical Directors and Production).
Manage the Marketing teams in the studio - making sure the team is delivering at its best as part of the Game Team
Qualification
University degree
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Ability to work with and drive creative teams.
Ability to balance metric-based decision making.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, community and public relations activities
Able to manage and team and drive growth
Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Additional as a plus
Experience in the gaming industry
Knowledge of 3rd party tools (Analytics, attribution, in-app marketing & ad mediation) is a great plus
Experience developing social/mobile games from concept to launch is a plus
Knowledge of mobile F2P market and/or hyper-casual games
Video and/or picture editing skills
