We enable low impact fishermen to sell their catch directly to local consumers. Currently, we work with restaurants and canteens in Copenhagen. The connection is facilitated by a marketplace app - chefs can see what fish is caught and purchase with immediate delivery, or chefs make requests that fishermen can fulfil. By cutting out unnecessary middlemen we give more of the profit from the supply chain to the producers. Our ambition is to make sustainable fishing the economically viable choice.
