Graphic design intern (and sports fan)

Salary Unpaid

We are a team of sports fans and data geeks building a world leading fantasy sports "tipster" service with key insights for you to pick your fantasy team. We deep-dive into sports data - from the sports arena, from the bookies and from the crowd on SoMe - to give our users a curated overview of relevant and analyzed insights. To us, data is not the goal, data is a mean to improve your user experience. And with a great user experience follows beautiful design - and that's why we need you!

We seek a new full- or part-time intern to help us primarily with graphic design - both for our current Drafthound website and app and to support our ongoing SoMe posts. However, "startup" is our DNA so by nature, we also expect you to take part of other team tasks. Basically, we would love you to help us create your own role to make the most out of the internship - for you and for us. Here's our thinking:

Who are you?

  • Passionate about communication and have a flair for visuals and graphic design.

  • Being creative while following a structured work approach in an everyday hectic startup.

  • Collaboration is key. We enjoy working together and sharing ideas so we expect you to be outgoing and solution-oriented.

  • You don't have to be deeply in love with sports and data - but it's certainly no disadvantage if you are.

Tasks you will be involved in:

  • Maintaining and developing our presence on SoMe, including both the planning and the creation of content such as animations, video, infographics, etc.

  • Improving our website and app design by reviewing and optimizing the displayed content (i.e. text, icons, UI, UX, etc.).

  • Research (everything from user requests and campaign appeal, to ongoing sports news and predicted lineups).

What we offer:

  • The chance to develop and implement your own ideas.

  • Being part of a young and truly passionate team and to build your network.

  • Upgrade your resume and put yourself in a great position for the future.

  • Being absolutely geeky about sports and fantasy while working.

Details:

  • To start as soon as possible.

  • The internship is for a minimum of 2 - 3 months.

  • Located in central Copenhagen

  • Full or part-time with flexible working hours.
