With early investment from Founders, Cherry.vc, and stellar angel investors, we are planning to scale rapidly to take over Europe and beyond.
To support our goals to grow even bigger and offer more young professionals a comfortable and inspiring home, we are looking for a top-notch inbound sales executive to evaluate the growing number of potential new members applying to live in a LifeX apartment and to get them set up with the perfect home. The evaluation of potential members is done over the phone or on video call.
As a part of the Marketing and Sales team and reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, you have the chance to learn all about demand generation and pipeline management, and get a feeling of what it is like to work in a fast-paced startup business.
We offer a fixed salary of 9000DKK per month based on fulltime employment for 3 months and have an additional bonus scheme in place to celebrate successes.
The position is based in Copenhagen and we are looking for someone who is available 30 to 37 hours per week. It is possible to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Interview and evaluate potential new members who have signed up on our website to make sure they are a good fit for our community.
Provide support to help new members choose their ideal home and get through the application process smoothly.
Promote LifeX's mission and values and excite applicants about joining the LifeX community.
Send out contracts and coordinate with our local Community and Operations Team on the ground to ensure a smooth handover.
Handle all incoming email inquiries from our housing listing portals.
Gather and streamline data that will help the Marketing Team improve lead quality.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
A service-minded, enthusiastic, and sincere personality. You are not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people from all over the world.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage a lot of information coming at you from various channels.
Ambition to succeed and a self-motivator.
Ability to put yourself in another person’s shoes and understand what is on their mind. Ideally, you have lived or are living in a shared home and know the benefits of living with like-minded people and/or you have lived abroad and can relate to our members who are moving into a LifeX apartment after relocating to another country.
General computer skills and ability to pick up new tools (it’s a plus if you already know Hubspot).
As we have people applying from all over the world, 99% of the interviews are done in English. It is therefore essential that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written (any other languages are a plus).
