About The Role 

ViaBill is searching for a Piccoline/Piccolo to help ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis.

This is a part-time (10-12h a week) position based in our Copenhagen headquarters’ location. You have to be available to start work in week 35.

What you will do:

• Prepare and clean-up in connection with lunch

• Keep the common area, kitchen and coffee station neat and tidy; tasks include e.g. emptying the dishwasher and cleaning the coffee machine

• Arrange the purchase of milk, snacks and office supplies

• Coordinate with catering and the cleaning company

• Take care of plants in the office

• Various ad hoc tasks related to administration

About you:

• We imagine that you are beginning your bachelor, or taking a sabbatical year

• You can work between 11.00-14.00 on weekdays

• You have a welcoming and service-minded personality and are always ready to lend a helping hand with both large and small tasks

• You can keep track of several tasks, and have a positive can-do attitude 

• You can create a good daily routine and are quick to familiarize yourself with new duties

• You are a natural communicator fluent in English and Danish

• You have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
