Planday is looking for a Copenhagen-based, Product Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious product team. Together with the team you will work closely with the rest of Planday to deliver a product that WOWs our customers.
As a product manager in Planday you will be responsible for an area of our product. You will be guiding the success and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving this product area.

What you’ll do:
Drive and maintain product roadmap, vision and strategy for your own product area based on Plandays’ vision, business opportunities and market research.
Investigate and understand complex customer problems and opportunities. Refine these into Minimum Viable Products and iterate on them together with designers, developers and other stakeholders
Gather feedback about specific needs by communicating with customers and other stakeholders on a regular basis and using this information to improve the product
Validate solution suggestions using historical data and feedback from current customers as well as prospects
Clearly articulate the business value of solutions to the cross-functional team in charge of delivery
Manage the backlog of the cross-functional team: creating the input and prioritizing it based on business value
Manage the delivery process from requirements through release
Work with other parts of Planday (Sales, Marketing, Content, Support, Management) to ensure stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes and releases
Track usage of and collect feedback on delivered solutions to measure impact. Optimise the performance of existing features and solutions
Act as a product champion within the company
What we expect from you:
Experience within Product Management, ideally from a SaaS company
Experience working with agile methodologies and backlog management
Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products
Self-motivated and organised with a good attention to detail
Team player attitude and a positive mindset towards complex problem solving
Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly, internally as well as externally
Take responsibility to ensure successful results and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
Enjoy interacting with a lot of different people, such as customers, designers and developers, to align the solutions offered with the needs of the users and the broader vision of Planday.
