Our office is located on Grønningen 23.1, directly opposite of the Kastellet park. The office contains several new start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Duties:
As part of the production team, you will participate in the creation, coordination, tracking, and management of the schedules to helps us reach company goals at the right time.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the needs of production across the organisation and ensure that the flow of production improves continuously
Support the motivation needed for the team to achieve project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Risk management: Track risks and proactively react/mitigate the risks (avoid, reduce, enhance, share, accept, reject). Identify, access, plan, implement (and communicate it all along)
Facilitate alignments in the team & contribute to a positive work environment and a healthy team culture
Ensure progress of production does not stop
Define product roadmap together with management & communicate future product goals
Maintain an overview of sprints and backlog to easily communicate the status
Prioritising features and oversee development stages
Actively involved in mitigating risk to successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Identify pipeline issues and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
5+ years experience in a similar role within the tech or gaming industry
Solid knowledge and experience in game production with the ability to spot potential risks before they become issues
Proven project management experience
Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills
Strong qualitative analysis skills
Excellent English communication skills
