Knowledge Gate Group schedules micro-consultations that allow companies to utilize the very best of expert knowledge. We are looking for an intern to join our operations team.

The Role

As a relationship management intern, you will concentrate on building and maintaining relationships with our experts. This will include sourcing experts and walking them through the vetting process as well as updating them on project progression.

Relationship management involves a high degree of communication and an ability to ensure all partners are happy with the collaboration projects.

The job tasks will furthermore require you to be good at familiarizing yourself with new topics, and that you have a natural excellent judge of character when it comes to people and situations.

With the right fit there will be a full-time employment offer following internship completion.

The time duration is flexible. 

About You:

• Fluency in English. Additional fluency in other European languages is a plus.

• Previous experience within recruitment as well as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter are an added plus, but not a requirement.

• Confidence in communication.

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

• Ability to think “Outside-the-Box”.

• A great communicator.

• Flexible and adaptable for different job tasks.

• Strong skills in using search engines and search tools are an added plus.
