Who is Swiipe?

Swiipe is a fintech start-up company, developing payment and checkout solution to the online market. Our focus is on ensuring the best buying experience for consumers on all platforms. Our product is new and innovative and provides high value to both customers and businesses with relatively low competition in the current market.

As a team we are strong, fun, ambitious and driven by the same goals, even though we come from multiple countries and disciplines. Our second home (the office) is located just by Hellerup station.

What you will do:

• Produce high quality designs in the Adobe package (photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and XD)

• Work closely with our sales, UX and marketing department to create all our user interface designs (for desktop and mobile) as well as digital and graphic designs for marketing (newsletters, one-pagers, marketing, social media content, emails, blog visuals, website pages, etc.).

• Craft beautiful user interfaces and UI elements in collaboration with our user experience designer and the IT development team

• Take care of our WordPress website in terms of improvements and optimization

• Generate ideas to improve our business “appearance” and will work with our marketing to execute them

• Be proactive and eager taking on any other relevant tasks, proposing ideas for improving our visuals and expressing your interests for further professional development

In other words, you will love getting your hands dirty with graphic and digital design from A to Z and will be eager to tap into new areas as well.

Who are you?

• You are a student enrolled in a design related education, preferably in your second year or later

• You are driven, curious, independent, and passionate about visual design

• You have experience in working in InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator and can pick up and learn new tools fast

• You have a broad range of interests (within the fields of graphic design, web design, UI design, etc.)

• You are comfortable with HTML and CSS, and you have enough technical understanding to ensure that your designs are possible to implement

• You are a team player, who can take and incorporate feedback in your designs, but at the same time you are confident in challenging the status quo

• It would be a big plus (but not essential) if you have experience in working in WordPress, Mailchimp and Google Analytics

• Ideally, you can start in August 2020

• You are ready to learn some front-end (WordPress) as part of developing our new website

Working hours are between 15-22 hours per week.
