The job

We offer a job as a Data Scientist in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment where new ideas are discussed daily. The job is full time and salary is negotiable depending on your previous work and experience. You will be working together with our Chief Data Scientist and work closely together with our team of backend developers and data scientists. Your tasks will include:

• Understand the data 

• Feature engineering

• Evaluate model performance

• Improving our models: Scorecard models, neural networks, gradient boosting, and other statistical models

• Running machine learning models in a production environment

• Taking responsibility of models deployed in production (including troubleshooting and maintenance)

Your experience

• You have a master’s degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, physics, mathematics or equivalent

• Experience with neural networks and other machine learning techniques

• Experience with programming in Python and SQL

• Experience with revision tools like Git or Subversion

  
  

Nice-to-have

• Programming skills with R and other data visualization software

• Experience with machine learning in production environments

• Experience with SSH and Mac/Linux environments

• Experience with Docker
