We are currently looking for a full-time colleague in a temporary position running from July 1st 2020 to June 2021.

We are the most available supplier in the industry, with the most customer friendly opening hours: our chat is open 9 to 9 on week days, and 10 to 5 on weekends.
We are data a driven energy tech company. We make decisions based on data and embrace new technology to create value for customers. We want to create wow-moments, surprise and delight our customers, at every step of their journey.
In your role you will:
Support, delight & surprise users who are interesting in Barry and might want to know more before signing up.
Support, delight & surprise customers who might have issues with the app, or with any other issue.
Constantly suggest new ideas to further improve our CS processes, messages, content, etc.
Share your valuable knowledge and insights about users and customers with the Product and the Marketing team.
Work in a start-up where everyone gets to do a little bit of everything, so any other tasks needed to create an awesome product, help in a crisis situation and drive the business forward.
We appreciate you to:
be able to provide written and spoken support in Danish (this is actually a must, sorry)
have great writing skills, know how to make the person you are talking to feel at ease and - even better - make her or him smile & possibly laugh.
have a previous experience using Zendesk, or any other leading Customer Service platform.
To be at ease - or even master - essential digital tools like Slack, Trello, Facebook & more.
A relaxed attitude. It really takes a lot to stress you out.
Good communication skills in English.
Know how to make WOW moments through customer service, or eager to learn
Be able to work - as a minimum - 30 hours/week. Hey, we don’t mind you working from home, wearing your favourite pair comfy snuggie ;-)
